Business and Office Coordinator – Accounting and Registration

The Business & Office Coordinator – Accounting & Registration is responsible for:

  • Representing Camp Luther as a friendly and professional member of our front office (Welcome Center) team;

  • Coordinating the registration/reservation process for all our guests;

  • Acting as the canteen (camp store) manager;

  • Assisting with bookkeeping and accounts receivable/accounts payable duties; and,

  • Giving and receiving support to and from the Development & Communications counterpart of this position.

As part of the year-round Camp Luther team, this role supports our mission by being the “face of Camp Luther” through direct contact with guests, donors, volunteers, visitors, vendors, and service providers, as well as the successful performance of office, communications, and guest relations duties
