The purpose of the Emerging Leaders grant is to assist first time conference attendees, not currently serving at an outdoors ministry site in a permanent position, to attend the NLOMA Conference. To receive the Emerging Leader Grant you need to be a NLOMA member. Those who are selected for the Emerging Leader Grant will receive a discount on their NLOMA conference fees.
