This role involves creating a transformative spiritual environment for campers while overseeing all aspects of Walcamp’s youth ministry. As the Youth Ministry Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging, biblically focused activities and nurturing relationships with campers to help them grow in their faith.
Walcamp is dedicated to offering outdoors experiences that empowers youth to grow in their faith, develop leadership skills, and create lasting friendships.
