Retreats Program Manager

The Retreats Program Manager position leads and drives our year-round retreat ministry. This includes equipping and supporting the staff who serve retreat groups and programs, developing systems and resources that strengthen retreat leadership, serving as a key point of communication for groups throughout their experience with Camp Luther, and building lasting partnerships with churches and ministry groups.

Who are we looking for? Someone who:

• Loves Jesus and is passionate about sharing his love with others

• Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person

• Is organized, attentive to details, and good at keeping a lot of moving pieces on track

• Is an awesome facilitator – skilled at leading groups and creating engaging experiences

• Invests in relationships and is able to create lasting connections that strengthen over time

This is a full-time, salaried role with a complete benefits package. The initial deadline to apply is Friday, October 16th.
