Program and Hospitality Manager

Come serve with us! Camp Perkins Lutheran Outdoor Ministries is seeking a Program & Hospitality Manager to help lead the camper, guest, and program experience at Camp Perkins in the Sawtooth Mountains of Idaho.

This full-time role provides leadership for summer camp, retreat hosting, family programs, outdoor education, traveling Day Camp, summer staff culture, faith formation, and hospitality ministry. The Program & Hospitality Manager works under the supervision of the Operations Director and helps ensure that campers, guests, volunteers, and seasonal staff experience Christ-centered hospitality, meaningful programming, and a well-prepared camp environment.

The ideal candidate is relational, organized, spiritually mature, adaptable, and excited to lead young adults, serve guests, and create strong camp ministry experiences. Previous camp, youth ministry, retreat ministry, outdoor ministry, hospitality, or nonprofit ministry experience is preferred.

This is a full-time, exempt, year-round residential position. Housing and benefits are provided according to Camp Perkins personnel policies.
