Join the staff team at Lakeview Ministries as our Retreats Program Director. The Retreats Program Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retreat groups ministry, serving as the primary registrar for our summer camp programs, and leading program communications efforts. Between August-May we welcome 100+ retreat groups out to camp, representing several thousand guests, and serving a variety of church, youth, school, family, and adult groups.
Hiring Timeline: Our initial application deadline is April 1st, but we will conduct rolling interviews until the position is filled. Our goal is to find and hire someone by May 2026, but we are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
Required qualifications for this role include:
- Possess at least a bachelor’s degree from a post-secondary institution OR have at least four years of job-related experience.
- Dedicated Christian who is willing to share their faith in Christ with others.
- As a representative of Lakeview Ministries, demonstrate a lifestyle and teach Christian doctrine in accordance with the beliefs of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod.
- Demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
o Strong group leadership and facilitation skills
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
o Excellent writing and communication skills

Salary/Benefits:
This is a full time salaried position with a salary range of $40,000-55,000 based on salary guidelines provided by the LCMS Indiana District. There is a full benefits package including cafeteria health plan, retirement, and vacation benefits. This position is also eligible to receive a call as a rostered worker of the LCMS.
