The Camp Io-Dis-E-Ca Director of Programs and Retreats is responsible for coordinating and implementing on-site usage of Camp’s property, facilities, and programming by campers, user-groups, and other guests. The Director of Programs and Retreats is also responsible for recruiting and hiring a full summer staff every year, handling promotions and publications, and managing social media.
