The Director of Facilities provides leadership for Lakeview’s facilities team to keep camp’s grounds, buildings, and equipment in a functional and presentable condition. This role leads our team of Maintenance Assistants, Housekeepers, Groundskeepers, and our summer maintenance staff and is responsible for assigning daily and long-term tasks, providing technical and mechanical guidance, conducting annual employee reviews, and supporting team morale while maintaing a standard of excellence. The Director of Facilities works closely with the Director of Operations to identify and address both immediate and long-term maintenance needs.
