Come serve with us! Camp Perkins Lutheran Outdoor Ministries is seeking an Operations Director to join our year-round leadership team in the Sawtooth Mountains of Idaho.

This is a new role for Camp Perkins as we prepare for future building and ministry projects. The Operations Director will coordinate day-to-day ministry operations, including staff coordination, guest services systems, facilities readiness, food service support, compliance, scheduling, and cross-department accountability. This position works closely with the Executive Director and supervises the Program & Hospitality Manager, Maintenance Manager, Food Service Manager, and Operations Administrative Assistant.

The ideal candidate is a Christ-centered leader with strong organizational, communication, supervisory, and problem-solving skills. Experience in camp, outdoor ministry, hospitality, nonprofit leadership, operations, or ministry administration is preferred.

This is a full-time, exempt, year-round residential position. Housing and benefits are provided according to Camp Perkins personnel policies.
