Registration Fee (includes conference, lodging and foodservice): 
– Conference only, Double Occupancy: $425 per person
– Conference only, Single Occupancy: $500
– Conference and Joint Recruitment Double Occupancy: $525
– Conference and Joint Recruitment Single Double Occupancy: $600
– Non-NLOMA Members: +$100 to the base conference rate

Emerging Leaders: The Emerging Leader Grant exists to help people interested in outdoors ministry as a profession attend the annual NLOMA conference at a reduced rate. Learn more about this grant and apply. 

How to Register:
Registration is through a third party site called Ultra Camp. Each person attending the conference should register individually with their own Ultra Camp account. Click here to register.

Airport:
Charleston Airport: CHS is The closest airport option. Shuttles will be available to the conference location.
NOTE: if you are driving for the conference and have extra room in your vehicle, let us know! We will be working to coordinate rides for individuals flying to the conference.

Food, allergies, and dietary restrictions:
While St Christopher Camp and Conference Center makes every effort to accommodate special diets and preferences with their full salad bar, vegetarian/vegan offerings as well as gluten free and dairy free options, they do ask that attendees coordinate their needs with staff in a timely manner prior to arrival.
