Conference: Sunday Feb. 18th – Thursday Feb. 22nd.
We are happy to announce that the NLOMA Conference 2024 registration is live! Registration is open until February 1st, 2024.
This year we will be gathering at Camp Lone Star in La Grange, TX.
Get excited, because this year we are hosting our first-ever Outdoor Ministry 101 event before the full conference which is scheduled for February 16 – 18. This is for all those who may be new to NLOMA or the outdoor ministry field. During this event, we will be diving into relevant topics and giving invaluable trainings that are sure to help you either begin or fine-tune your career in outdoor ministry!
The full conference will begin on Sunday, February 18th, 2024 and end on Wednesday, February 21st, 2024 with departure on the morning of Thursday, February 22nd. It is focused on the topic, “Living Under Your Mission!” During our time together, we will hear from Dr. Jim Gimble, a distinguished figure from Concordia Seminary as he reminds us of and resets our passion for living out our God-given mission. In addition, we will have our annual business meeting, host lively roundtable discussions and enjoy some much-needed relaxation and fellowship.
At the end of the week, those who are involved in the Joint Recruitment process will stick around for Thursday, February 22nd, 2024, and must depart on Friday, February 23rd, 2024.
When you go to register, please notice the various session options. The one you register for is dependent on how long/which part of the week you plan on attending. The Outdoor Ministry 101 event has its own sign-up, so if you plan on attending it in addition to the conference, then please fill out registrations for both. This year, we are using UltraCamp to do our sign-ups, if you already have an NLOMA UltraCamp account that you used to pay your membership dues, please sign in to that same account.
