Camp ALOMA is located in Prescott national forest about 30 minutes away from town (Prescott). ALOMA is 25 acres of 100% forest. We look for staff who have a heart for children and sharing Christ’s love to them/ anyone who comes onto camp. Staff will be asked to lead bible studies , worships, devos, archery , hikes, bouldering and many other activities .

Team members will intentionally plant seeds of faith, cultivate Christian leaders and grow the Kingdom of God through adventurous Christ-centered experiences. Activities include leading challenge course and high ropes, battle bow and archery, swimming, arts & crafts, skits, Bible study and more! Located 60 miles east of Tulsa. 120 acres along the Illinois River, 70% wooded, 30% fields and rolling hills. Staff members will work with campers 7-18 years old. Activities include swimming in the camp pool, rafting, rock climbing, challenge course, mountain biking, adventure trips, on-site day camp. Require moderate to high fitness.
Heit’s Point is a beautiful camp on the Lake of the Ozarks. Our mission statement is “Strengthening the Connection to the Vine,” accomplished by sharing the name of Jesus Christ with everyone through Outdoor Ministry. Activities include Bible studies, team-building, challenge course, crafts, outdoor education, lakefront activities, float trips, and more! Lodging from bunkhouses to cabins, to sleeping under the stars!
You may have heard that our beloved Camp Pioneer is in the midst of closing. While it has been announced that it will indeed be sold, it is our hope and prayer that camp will be put into the hands of those who will continue the outdoor Christian ministry, where lives have been changed and many have been prepared to serve in the Kingdom of God, where traditions have taken root and friendships have developed in meaningful and memorable ways. Although these are challenging times, we fully believe that God has a plan for Pioneer and we are excited to see that plan unfold.
The legacy of camp is 75 years strong, offering a place for campers to celebrate their faith while being surrounded by nature and with like-minded peers. Fifty years ago, then Director Rev. Elton Rengstorf (Rengs), began calling camp “a warm place in the Son,” and it certainly was, but not because of the ninety or so warm days per year in Western New York. Rather, it was because of the all day, everyday love the camp emulates, warming the soul of every camper when gathered together in the presence of God and one another.
|Camp Concordia is a beach camp set among 60 acres of wooded pine trees, just 30 miles NE of Grand Rapids, Michigan, on a chain of 5 lakes. Come ready to work hard and long in order to share Jesus with kids. You will get the training! Camp leadership staff will prepare you for lifeguarding (if you are a swimmer) and leading canoeing, archery, hiking and other awesome activities. You might be eligible to train for specialty options: sailing, kayaking, mountain biking, nature crafts and zip-line; and to certify as a site-specific challenge course facilitator. All summer ministry staff live in bunkhouse style cabins with campers, near private hot showers and flush toilets. |Located 26 miles NW of Fort Wayne, Indiana on 72 wooded acres adjacent to a 40 acre lake. Both campers and staff live in cabins. Lutherhaven serves children, teens, families, developmentally disabled, and multi-cultural campers. Activities include canoeing, kayaking, archery, swimming, sports, group building, a Treetop Village, and servant events.|
|Located an hour south of Indianapolis, Lakeview Ministries runs week-long summer camp programs for campers, 1st – 12th grade, on 197 acres of rolling hills and forest. Positions available include: Counselor, Lifeguard, High Ropes Coordinator, Wrangler, First Aid Coordinator, Crafts Coordinator, Assistant Cook, Assistant Maintenance, and Media Specialist. All positions offer competitive wages, and include room and board. Daily activities include swimming, canoeing/kayaking, ziplining, archery, BB guns, slip’n’slide, crafts, climbing, biking, and lots more. Our goal is to provide a camp for youth of all ages to grow in their faith, build friendships, and have the best week of their life!|
At Camp Wartburg, children become immersed in God’s awesome creation where the traditional pursuits of sports and academics become secondary to the values of curiosity, tolerance of others, self-discovery and learning-by-doing. Worshiping under the stars before a campfire becomes an exciting, joyful experience. Learning new skills is a goal, but fun is the process. Campers may learn to shoot an arrow, canoe, swim, fish, play non-traditional games and so much more. Led by college-aged counselors who love the Lord and children, campers blossom under the supervision of positive role models, function in small groups and engage in discussions around Bible studies, values and respect for other people and nature.
Camp CILCA sits on 220 acres of forested hills. It is just north of Springfield, IL. There are airports in Springfield and Peoria, as well as St Louis, which is about a 2 hour drive. Counselors should be prepared to hike trails and participate in moderately athletic activities. Summer facilities are not air conditioned. There is a Night-Owl camp where some counselors will stay up in the night with campers and sleep during the day.
LuWiSoMo, in central Wisconsin, provides faith-growing opportunities in a Christ-centered outdoor ministry setting for people of all ages. We’re blessed with almost 400 wooded acres and beach / waterfront on beautiful Round Lake. Summer programming includes Youth Camps (Pre-K to HS), Joyful Hearts Camps (for individuals with developmental disabilities) and our Christian family campground. Staff needs include counselors, program staff, wranglers for horse camp, waterfront staff (lifeguards) and maintenance support.
|Camp Okoboji is located on the west side of West Okoboji Lake in Milford, IA. Camp Okoboji Summer Staff will be equipped to serve our volunteers, guests, and families as by supplementing their experience with support duties including housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen & dining hall assistance. Summer Staff will also receive opportunity to serve as cabin counselors, off-site day camp counselors, and family ministry coordinators.|
Located on Horseshoe Lake one hour south of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Counselors share Jesus with children, youth, and adults during on-site and off-site programs. Lodging includes cabins, outpost villages, and on and off-site adventure programming. Activities include swimming (pool), canoeing, kayaking, hatchets, low and high ropes challenge course, archery, shooting sports, art camp, disability camp, Bible study, and many others.
|Lutheran Island Camp is located three hours northwest of the Twin Cities on East Battle Lake. LIC ministers to campers of all ages. LIC offers traditional camping at its best; classic, splash, horse, adventure, science, stargazing, survival, family, little sheep/lamb. Come live in a rustic cabin on an Island.|
Shepherd’s Hill at the Crossroads is a year-round outdoor ministry setting in the Turtle Mountains of North Dakota. Located near St John, ND – we are 120 miles from Minot and Grand Forks airports and 50 miles from the Rugby train depot. We have a Full summer camp program serving kindergarten to high school youth. We also contract with various congregations in ND for VBS and offer multi-generational events at camp as well. He offer various horse camps and have opportunities for trail rides for campers from other camps as well. We also welcome the public in for trail rides as time permits. There is a private lake in the center of camp with canoes, paddle boats, and kiayaks – along with a beach for swimming.
|Camp Luther of Nebraska sits on 160 acres of rolling hills, Nebraska prairie and thick wooded areas. Summer staff members will work with kids of all ages, families, and people with special needs. Our mission is to create and renew disciples for Christ through interactive programs and relationship-building.|
Trinity Lutheran Camp is located on Flathead Lake with 40 acres of outdoor ministry opportunities. We have youth camps for ages 5th thru 12th grade. We offer 7 weeks of programming for all aged campers. Youth Camps, Leadership camp, Basketball camp, Volleyball camp. We have individual cabin living spaces that house 7 campers and 1 counselor. Trinity Camp is located on the waterfront of Flathead Lake, with a campfire on the beach. We are 40 miles from Glacier National Park, and 20 miles from Kalispell, and the nearest airport.
|Lutherwood serves people of all ages through on-site programs and off-site day programs. Located on 105 acres of lake front and forested property just south of Bellingham, campers will learn more about God, themselves and others through bible encounter, worships, campfires, challenge course, archery, campouts, and activities. Come have memorable weekends with us, mentor campers, and sing silly songs.|
Deep in the Sawtooth Mountains and 40 miles North of Sun Valley, Camp Perkins offers meaningful adventures as staff play outside and share Jesus with campers and guests. Counselors will also travel to nearby communities to provide Vacation Bible School. Daily activity options include kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, archery, hiking, and mountain biking. Leadership and backpacking roles are available.
Camp Lutherwood Oregon serves people of all ages through on-site programs and off-site day programs. Located on 71 forested acres in the Coast Range between Eugene and Corvalis, campers and staff are empowered to explore and develop relationships with God, others, self and creation through worship, Bible adventure, challenge course and small group interaction. During ten weeks of summer program, campers and staff also explore adventure trips of rafting, sailing, canoeing,rock climbing, hiking,and camping around Oregon along with service opportunities in local communities.
Mt. Cross Lutheran Bible Camp (original name), began after a group of Lutheran Christians in the northern California region identified this place to enrich youth ministry programs. Since 1948, with the help of numerous pastors, church leaders, and partner organizations, Mt. Cross has remained a beautiful and spiritual home for youth, young adults, families, churches, and outside organizations.
