Camp Perkins in Stanley, ID, is seeking a Full-time Office and Guest Services Director. This position has the unique opportunity to be the first interaction individuals have with Camp Perkins. This role will serve as the registrar, guest contract coordinator and work with our hosted ministry adults, youth and families throughout the year. Camp Perkins serves approximately 2000 hosted ministry guests annually. This includes overseeing seasonal staff, coordinating hospitality services, and implementing new ways to meet the growing needs of our guests. The Office and Guest Services Director must have excellent skills in organization and planning, small group food service and meal preparation, interpersonal relationships, time management, and the ability to respond to guest and staff needs. This position requires a great deal of cooperation with other camp leadership and departments. The Office and Guest Services Director is directly responsible to the Executive Director. Living onsite is a requirement of the position. Applicants should hold a 4 year degree or have equivalent experience in hospitality services and/or office management.
