The Executive Director is responsible to accept and exemplify the Vision, Mission and Values of Camp Okoboji. The Executive Director shall work within the policies established by the Board of Directors and in cooperation with the Board of Directors insuring policies and long range plans provide appropriate structure and guidance. The Executive Director shall provide strong management and leadership skills for the overall operation and long term well-being of Camp Okoboji.
