EMPLOYMENT FILE SERVICE

One of the National Lutheran Outdoors Ministry Association's most important membership benefit is the Employment File Service for those seeking full-time positions.  Camps also have part-time and seasonal positions available.  Here's how the full-time Employment File Service works:

The NLOMA Job File Service is open to all NLOMA members and Partner Camps.  NLOMA Partner Camps often utilize the file as a resource during their search for staff.

All NLOMA members are encouraged to keep a Placement File on file with the organization.

It's FREE to NLOMA members and is a good source for resumes of qualified candidates.
