Interviews
After you submit your application, someone will contact you to do a face-to-face interview. You should be prepared to drive to an interview site if necessary. An interview site would be a designated camp or college campus that may be near your school or home. A phone interview is possible as a last resort.
Timeline
The selection and hiring process for this cooperative recruiting process begins at the middle of February. There will be a brief delay in processing of applications during the NLOMA Conference in late February. While many camp will begin filling positions in February, applications are accepted as late as May.
The NLOMA Online Application Form needs to be completed in one sitting. Make sure you have contact information for three references and previous employers available before you begin. Upon completion, your application will be forwarded to a NLOMA Recruiting Officer who will serve as your representative and assist in scheduling an interview. A copy of your completed application will also be sent to the email address you provide during the application process.
